What can I expect from sessions?
We will be working on 3 main areas:
- prioritizing your needs
- allowing your wants
- taking responsibility
Between sessions you will be required to do some practices.
After each session we will exchange notes on online platform.
We will have 60 min online zoom sessions every 2 weeks.
