4 qualities of the heart

Step into a small, supportive group of 4–8 participants and embark on a journey to cultivate the four essential qualities of the heart: loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity.

Over six weeks, we’ll meet for 1.5 hours each week, with each session offering a short talk, mindfulness meditation practice, group sharing, and Q&A. You’ll explore practical ways to bring these qualities into your daily life, deepen your self-awareness, and connect with others from a place of warmth and presence.

This course is designed for anyone ready to nurture inner balance, resilience, and genuine connection, in a safe and inspiring environment. By the end, you’ll feel more grounded, open-hearted, and equipped to approach life with greater clarity, kindness, and joy

What can I expect from sessions?

 Duration: 1.5 hours per week, for 6 weeks

 Group Size: Small group of 4–8 participants

Each session includes:

o   A short, insightful talk

o   Mindfulness meditation practice

o   Sharing and reflections

o   Q&A and guidance
